How does pricing work?

Every item has a cube price based on dimension of the item. Pallets also have a cube value but can be priced individually depending on customers needs and quantities. Sometimes things don't fall into the "standard" pricing structure. If that is your case we can quote you according to your particular shipment needs.

What is LTL Shipping?

LTL stands for Less Than Truckload Shipping. It is a cost-effective way to transport smaller shipments that do not require a full truckload. This service allows multiple clients to share transportation costs, making it ideal for businesses with varying shipping needs.

Do You Offer Cross-Docking Services?

Yes, we do! Our professional cross-docking services are available 24/7, ensuring seamless handling for scheduled and emergency freight transfers. Whether you need immediate transfers or require temporary freight storage for future loading or pickup, we’ve got you covered.

Additionally, we provide reliable delivery services to meet your logistics needs. If you want to store freight and have it re-delivered to maintain your operations without delay, our team is equipped to handle it efficiently. Trust us for flexible, dependable cross-docking and freight solutions.

What areas do you serve?

Our home terminal is located in Central Florida. This is where the majority of our freight originates. We service the majority of the Midwest region. Please see our detailed service map above.

What is your turnaround time?

Our Foliage pick up schedule is every Wednesday in Central Florida and South Florida. This can sometimes extend into Thursday in the Central Florida area depending on the season. This freight leaves our warehouse no later than Friday and arrives at it's final destination (depending what state you're in) within two to three days.

Do you offer tracking?

We personally track and monitor our vehicles location and performance via live GPS. We provide direct contact between customer and driver via their cell phone. You also have direct contact with management, no waiting on a switchboard or leaving voicemails. We're always available to help.

Do you only ship plants?

Although we are a dedicated LTL Foliage carrier, we don't stop there. We ship all nursery stock, industry-related items, and general freight as needed. Our motto is "If it fits, it ships."

What shippers do you work with?

We work with a few hundred shippers weekly. There are alot of foliage shippers in the state and we have picked up or delivered freight to most of them at one time or another.

Where are you located?

We are in central Florida, a short ride from the 429 and I-4 expressways.

How do I submit an order for pickup?

You can submit your order to Orders@FloridaLTL.co anytime. If you are a new customer, you will also need to fill out a "New Customer Information Sheet" to get the ball rolling.

Do you haul trees?

Yes, we haul plants, shrubs, trees, soils, Tractors, containers, tropicals in boxes, and any other foliage item under the sun. If it fits, it ships.

How do you ship trays?

We have a rolling rack system that allows for easy loading and moving of trayed items. These racks are offloaded at the customer's site (delivery) in minutes rather than hours. Once the shrink wrap is removed, you can leave the items on the racks and water them until you make space for your new inventory. We will arrange to swing back by and pick up our carts at no charge to you.
